• Semolina crusted calamari served with Italian coleslaw and lime aioli
• Tasmanian salmon carpaccio with fried capers, served with a rocket and fennel salad with dill lime mayonnaise

• Tournedos Rossini with pate, truffle oil and Madeira glaze
• Pan fried Crystal Bay prawns with garlic, chili and cream served with lemon lime risotto
• Grilled Pork Medallion with prosciutto and bocconcini, cinnamon anise jus
