• Semolina crusted calamari served with Italian coleslaw and lime aioli
• Sautéed prawns with radicchio, pancetta and eggplant caviar balsamic
• Insalata Caprese of vine ripened tomato, mozzarella, basil & olive oil (v)
Main:
• Grilled lamb rump served on a braised Italian vegetable salad
• Risotto of Moreton Bay Bugs, fennel seed and mascarpone
•Pan fried Crystal Bay prawns with garlic & chili served in a sizzling pan with oven braised
rice pilaf, chorizo and capsicum
• Veal saltimbocca over tomato and Spanish onion salsa
• Crispy skin Atlantic salmon over prawn & leek mash with tomato and basil dressing
• Ravioli of pumpkin, leek & ricotta topped with prosciutto
