Antipasto platter of fried cauliflower dumplings, baked spinach frittata, grilled marinated vegetables, zucchini involtini, parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil

Entree
Oysters Natural with limoncello dressing
Wild mushroom and porcini risotto with shaved parmesan
Manicotti pasta filled with prosciutto, cheese and spinach
Smoked salmon carpaccio with avocado salad, fried capers and dill lime mayonnaise

Main
Slow roasted baby lamb with char grilled artichokes
Spiced chicken diable with lemon herb dressing
Crispy skin pan fried barramundi served with saffron reduction
Grilled eggplant parmigiana with Napoli sauce, fior di latte mozzarella and fresh basil
Char grilled beef tenderloin served with Madeira jus

All main meals served with Italian salad

Dessert
Tiramisu flavoured with frangelico over espresso sauce and pistachio biscotti
Vanilla bean pannacotta over a bed of strawberries topped with strawberry jelly
