Veal saltimbocca pan fried with white wine prosciutto and sage served on soft polenta
Eye fillet of beef with roasted Tuscan vegetables and a mushroom cappuccino
Pollo alla Diavolo - “the devils chicken” Tuscan style spicy flame grilled chicken served over sautéed sliver beet and borlotti beans
