New Italian Restaurant Opens at Docklands

The eagerly anticipated new Italian restaurant "Bellissimo Cucina & Trattoria" opened its doors to the public on the 2 May 2007.

Bellissimo took over from the premises that previously housed Cocamo restaurant at Waterfront City, Docklands.

The cuisine is "Rustic Italian" with a good range of pasta, risotto, meat and seafood dishes. You will be spoilt for choice. Bellissimo also carries a range of wine, spirits and beer, imported straight from Italy.

A draw card is the live entertainment on 6 nights a week with Italian music performed on the piano-accordion.

Much effort and thought has been put into the interior design, look and feel of the venue itself. The colour scheme is warm and inviting. Red checkered cloth dresses the tables, ornate chandeliers hang from the ceiling combine with textures of granite and marble.

The floor to ceiling windows take advantage of the waterfront location and provides every table with a scenic view.
