Semolina dusted calamari over a cabbage and radicchio salad with lime aioli

Main:

Roasted turkey breast served on a braise of Italian vegetable salad

Eye fillet of beef over a garlic mash with charred asparagus and salsa verde

Osso Bucco with risotto Milanese and gremolata

Crispy skin salmon over a prawn, leek and ham mash, basil and olive oil

Risotto of tiger prawns, zucchini and saffron
