Roasted king scallops with cauliflower puree and raisin & caper salsa
Shaved prosciutto di Parma over a salad of melon, parsley and lemon olive oil
Rigatoni carbonara with pancetta, egg, cream, parsley and pepper
Spinach and ricotta cannelloni with Napoli sauce and fresh basil

Main
Roast turkey tenderloin with sage & pancetta stuffing, sweet potato lasagna, roasted pine nuts and muscatel grape jus
Seared swordfish fillet served on crushed parsley potatoes with tomato, avocado & olive salsa
Risotto primavera with parmesan, fresh herbs and sweet potato crisps
Char grilled beef tenderloin served with soft herb porcini polenta, witlof gremolata and salsa verde
Pan fried king prawns flamed in brandy, cooked in a chilli garlic cream sauce and served with steamed rice and asparagus
All mains served with Italian salad and rosemary potatoes

Tiramisu flavored with frangelico over espresso sauce and pistachio biscotti
